Returns & Eligibility

If you would like to return a product, you may submit a return request within 30 days of your order date.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged, unless it was delivered in that condition.
  • First-time purchases of a specific product may be returned, even if partially used.
  • You must contact our support team before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior approval or that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you efficiently. In approved cases, PrimeVirility will cover the return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the outcome of your request.

If approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A refund to your nominated bank account
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies even if the original order included free shipping.

For your protection, we recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking when returning items.
