If you need to make changes to your order, please contact the PrimeVirility support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible. We’ll always do our best to assist where we can.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact the PrimeVirility support team immediately. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. Once your order is on its way, we may not be able to redirect it.

PrimeVirility allows returns in line with our return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our support team before sending any items back.

To request a return, please contact the PrimeVirility support team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the return process and advise on eligibility.

Once PrimeVirility receives and inspects the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within the stated timeframe. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.
