At PrimeVirility, we’re committed to delivering your purchases quickly, safely, and efficiently anywhere in South Africa. Below you’ll find all the important details about our shipping and delivery process.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa, including Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth. If you live in a remote area, please allow extra time for delivery.
Shipping Times

In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Made-to-order or bulky items: Delivery may take 5–10 working days, depending on availability and logistics.

Custom orders: Estimated delivery times will be communicated via email or phone.
Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery (Main Areas): R115 flat rate for orders under R850.

Free Delivery: On all orders over R850 (main areas only).

Remote Area Surcharge: An additional fee may apply for outlying regions. We’ll contact you before shipping if applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery in real-time.
Delivery Process

You’ll receive an SMS or email notification on the day of delivery.

Our courier will attempt delivery at your chosen address between 8am and 5pm (weekdays).

If no one is available to receive the order, a second delivery will be arranged at no additional cost.
